Come out and recycle at the O’Brien’s Markets-sponsored “O’Bgreen Recycle Day” on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at the O’Brien’s Market on Oakdale Road at Highway 108 in Riverbank. Items that can be donated for this community-wide fundraising activity include scrap metal, CRV aluminum cans, glass and plastic bottles, as well as e-waste, toners and ink cartridges.
Donated recyclables are processed at Modesto Junk Company. Their value is matched dollar for dollar by O’Brien’s Markets, thereby doubling the value of any items you contribute. Money raised is helping to launch the Awesome Spot Playground.
Goods can be dropped off between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 21st, 2017, at O’Brien’s Market on Oakdale Road at Highway 108 in Riverbank.
