Modesto Junk Company, Inc. Recycling Center has been selected to receive a 2012 Business Recycling Award from the City of Modesto. Recycling more than 30,000 tons of materials in 2012, the Company was selected by the City of Modesto Solid Waste Division.
The award is being presented at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, September 10, 2013. A celebration reception is being held at the McHenry Museum the evening of Wednesday, September 18, 2013. This is the fourteenth consecutive year that Modesto Junk Co. has received such an award.
