2020: A Year of Giving and Community Involvement

Each year, Modesto Junk Company, Inc. provides financial, hands-on, and direct donation support to a variety of charitable nonprofits, community events, and other local groups. The impact is often enhanced through the direct involvement and personal generosity of our employees, whose own time and financial contributions aid a number of charitable and community organizations. Modesto Junk Company’s 2020 community involvement was impacted by COVID-19. Many of the organizations we are often involved in helping did not hold active fundraising activities this past year. Still, we were able to help out with these benefiting organizations:

Alzheimers Research Foundation, Inc.

American Cancer Society

Community Hospice, Inc. – Annual Gala

Congregation Beth Shalom – ‘ShalomFest’

Crab Fest ’20 benefit Society for Cricket’s Hope

Fremont Open Plan – spring fundraiser
